How reviews are scored
First Impression: 15 points; Greeting and Courtesy: 20; Wait Time and Responsiveness: 15; Communication and Transparency: 20; Office Presentation: 10; Observable Privacy Practices: 10; Overall Customer Experience: 10.
Each question shares its category’s weight equally. Yes earns its weight; No earns zero. Not observed and not applicable items are excluded from the observed score denominator. Coverage shows how much of the full weighted checklist was observed. A review does not display a numerical score unless it meets the minimum coverage recorded for that review. A high score based on limited observations is not presented as a complete inspection.
These observations do not establish compliance with IRS rules, privacy laws, or professional licensing requirements. Experiences may change after a visit. Funding and material relationships are disclosed.
